Vintage Bowl Back Mandolin Project Chas C Adams Dwight Ill. .I was excited to get this at an online auction and picked it up with some other purchases and was in a hurry.Got home and opened up the case first thing to find someone at the auction damaged it after it was listed.I called the auction house and they said " Too Bad " I was supposed to inspect it there before leaving. The top has a crack and the neck has cracks on each side ( see all pictures ) I think the headstock overlay is Rosewood.I'm not a luthier so I don't know if it can be fixed to perfection or not.
